Romanesco Broccoli
Romanesco broccoli was first found in Central Italy is a relative of both broccoli and cauliflower. It is sometimes called broccoflower, as it resembles a cauliflower, but is light green in colour, is tenderer and has a milder flavour, creamier, nutty and less bitter.
Romanesco broccoli can be eaten raw or can be prepared in the same manner as broccoli or cauliflower.
